How do I update my card for a membership or monthly installments?

  1. If you need to update to a new credit card, you can do that through this link.
  2. After logging in, you must click into your Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
  4. Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
  5. Click … next to your card information.
  6. Select Replace.
  7. Complete the replace card prompt. Then, click Update to apply and keep your changes.

How do I cancel or make changes to my membership?

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your membership please email [email protected] at least 10 days prior to your scheduled auto installment and you will be assisted. If you are cancelling for financial reasons, please let us know and we are happy to offer a 90 day pause on your membership so you can hold your current membership rate. Rates are raised annually and if you cancel your membership you will not be able to re-join at your previous investment. The Inner Circle can be a huge information center, inspiration source and support system for you, if you utilize it. Are associate doctors included in team registration for live events?

No. Associate doctors are not included in team registrations, inner circle, or any other group or membership. Therefore, they need to have their own separate registration to participate.

Who is included in team registration?

Chiropractic Assistants, office coordinators, spouses, children, and any other NON-DC members of you team are included in team registration up to three members. If you have more than three team members you will need to purchase additional team registrations.
