As a member of the Chiropractic Team Mentoring Program, you agree to:

• Not share or disseminate program materials or information, as they are the copyrighted property of LWP
• Provide any requests to discontinue be in writing 30-days in advance. After discussion, refunds will be considered and the original one-time investment will be prorated and returned within 60 days. Monthly installments will not be pro-rated. Any portion of your investment used for costs, events, or program materials will not be refunded. If you receive discounted rates for LWP products, products will be itemized at total cost.
